Worship is a celebration to be experienced and to be shared. As the Holy Spirit within us “erupts” when we share God’s power within us, others are affected. Church should be a place of great excitement and joy, but that is only possible when we celebrate and proclaim through worship.
Do you wonder why God is silent and why He doesn’t act when we think He should? Have you ever asked, “Where is my Lord?” Habakkuk was considered a “minor prophet”, but his book contains a major message. Habakkuk is a book of faith- faith tested, faith taught, faith triumphant.

The ladies who first arrived at the tomb were not expecting to find it empty. But they heard the greatest news ever to fall on human ears was “He is not here, for He has risen, as he said!” Jesus’ death was the perfect, eternal payment for our sins. His resurrection was God’s receipt which is marked “PAID IN FULL”.

Above all other days, we should be thankful for Resurrection Sunday. But each day is full of reasons to be thankful. Have you ever thanked God for yesterday? What about today? And – with anticipation – thank Him for tomorrow!
Do you doubt your faith? Do you doubt what God can do through you? God has a great plan for you! Are you willing to step out of the boat? Last month, our Pastor challenged us to take the next step of faith.
No one is immune from the attacks of Satan, no matter how close your walk with God. He finds our weaknesses and goes after them. Soon we find ourselves dwelling in another valley. But these battles are never fought alone.
One of the highlights of our Easter celebration is coloring the eggs and hiding them for the children. There is much excitement and anticipation as they try to find the grand prize egg. The colors of the eggs can remind us of the simple Gospel of Jesus.
In spite of the amount of time they spent with Him and the many truths He shared with them, the followers of Jesus didn’t seem to “get” what He was all about, what He was about to do and why He came. His resurrection changed all that.
