How Do I Meet People?

Bethany Baptist Church is group of people who have come together to serve God and others, to worship Him and to give Him honor and praise.

It is a place of comfort, of family, a place where you are welcome and where you will be loved and accepted.

We have many opportunities for you to learn, serve, and grow at Bethany Baptist Church.

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction.

Bethany Beacons

We call our Wednesday evening services for children – of all ages – the Bethany Beacons. Our purpose is to provide a place for young people to learn about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to interact with new friends, to enjoy crafts and activities and food, and to go out into their communities to shine their “beacon” so that others will be drawn to Christ. Our teachers and leaders have a great love for what they do and for all children!

Adult Sunday School

Life is complicated; especially as you enter the uncertain world of adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The adult group of Bethany Baptist Church provides a welcoming atmosphere for learning the Word of God. Questions are encouraged and topics are selected based on class interest. The adults can choose their classes based on subject material rather than age categories.

Ladies Missionary Circle

Bethany Baptist’s Ladies Missionary group gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. The ladies gather on the first Thursday evening of every month, with a meeting that emphasizes meeting the needs of our missionary families,  Bible study, prayer and, of course, food!

Men’s Prayer Breakfast

The men of the church meet on the first Saturday of each month for breakfast. This ministry creates an opportunity for the men to share their burdens and to support the church families through prayer. The fellowship and the food is an added bonus. The real treat is knowing that we can depend on God to help when we call on Him.

Ladies Prayer/Fellowship Breakfast

The ladies of the church also meet on the first Wednesday each month for breakfast for prayer, fellowship and food.

Fifty Sunday Services

For each month that has 5 Sundays during the year, we have a special Sunday Morning service with special singing, fellowship and preaching. After the morning service, all are invited to gather for lunch in our activities building where you will enjoy some of the finest cooking available anywhere!
